Beginners Yoga Classes
Paradise Point Wednesdays 9.30am
This slow to medium paced class is great for anyone who has never done yoga before. Variations are offered so you can work safely at your own pace and enjoy the class. Each class includes guided breathing to reduce stress, yoga asanas to stretch the muscle releasing tension & guided relaxation to help calm the mind. Kathrin's classes are very welcoming, supportive, encouraging and not competitive and great for the absolute beginner. Kathrin has been teaching since 2005 and class has been running at Paradise Point since 2009 and has a lovely bunch of ladies who attend each week. So grab your mat and join us at this friendly class. 

Location: Community Center - Large Hall, Grice Ave, Paradise Point
When: Every Wednesdays 9.30am to 10.30am (Arrive about 9.15am)
Cost: $15 or $15.50 for card payments – No bookings required just come along
Bring: Yoga mat and large towel & water
