I love the calming sprays, and meditation cards, and the gift boxes are beautiful. I highly recommend trying the sprays. My favourite is the feel good spray.

Highly recommend Kath’s amazing gift boxes! I bought a relax & unwind box for my mum’s birthday & she loved it. It was beautifully packed & I wanted to keep the aromatherapy roller for myself! A great way to send some love to those you care about. I’m sure I’ll be ordering more.
